Howard Panes, the NRG BALL™ Creator

Howard PanesHoward Panes, designer and inventor of the NRG BALL™ is a fitness expert, and has taken over 26 years of training secrets and incorporated them into one effective workout system to develop the NRG BALL™. NRG BALL™ training helps you lose fat, improve muscle tone and sports performance. Finally, the workout that was only available to Howard's clients in now available to you.

Following in the footsteps of inspired inventors like Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison and Howard's grandfather (who invented games and created TV shows), Panes, a frustrated tinkerer, built his first motorized skateboard at 15 years old and followed it with a motorized bicycle.

While attending Syracuse University, Panes majored in retailing. Combining his entrepreneurial business savvy with his passion for fitness, Howard aggressively pursued a personal training career after college.

Since 1990, Howard has been a certified member of the American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Howard was a consultant to several professional athletes, including heavy weight boxer, Shannon Briggs. This relationship began during Shannon's Olympic training program and continued into his professional boxing career.

When Panes is not traveling the countryside with his latest invention, he can be found at How Fit, his Personal Training and Wellness Center. Howard works side by side with his staff, developing new and innovative workouts for his clientele.

In 1998, he developed and implemented, the highly successful COOL KIDS program for a division of the Public School System in Livingston, New Jersey. Howard has also lectured at Fordham and Rutgers Universities on business and entrepreneurship.

Howard's experience, molded by his hours training clients, revealed two major challenges. The first was that people have a very hard time sticking to a program because results do not take place fast enough. Secondly, they get bored easily from a lack of creativity and motivation in their training programs. Kids, seniors and people of all ages constantly are battling these challenges.

Howard's goal was to develop a fun, challenging, and unique way to exercise that would produce results quickly. He felt that by working both their mind's and bodies simultaneously, clients would stick with a program and never get bored. His brainchild - the NRG BALL™ SYSTEM - was born.

After using Howard's Home Depot-constructed invention, his senior clients achieved great results. Howard then tested it with his other clients. This latest innovation in fitness technology is designed to improve hand to eye coordination, reaction time, enhance total body awareness, develop upper & lower body strength, increase flexibility & range of motion, while promoting cardiovascular fitness.

Then, by choreographing one of a kind movements to music, Panes developed NRG BALL™ TRAINING, which according to Bob Esquerre of Equinox in New York, allows the body to explore multidimensional movement, while training for strength flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Howard is particularly excited about the programs ability to lower the risks associated with osteoporosis.

The new Hi tech NRG BALL™ SYSTEM is an effective and versatile approach to working out in the 21st Century. Its fun, compact, portable, easy to use, and you get the results you need!

The NRG BALL™ is capturing the country's eyes and Howard says, Keep Your Eye On The Ball !
