Contest Rules

1. You must use NRG BALL and show a video of you doing the actual pushups.

2. The ball must be competely inflated.

3. For each repetition to count you must touch your chest to the ball and then fully extend your arms. (The ball must be on the ground – no wise guys!)

4. The bars cannot touch the ground during pushups. Once they touch you must start from zero on the count.

5. You may rest 3-5 seconds as you fatigue in the fully-extended position over the ball.

6. Upload the video to a share service such as Viddler or Youtube and email us the code so that we can put it onto our site.

7. Along with your video make sure you hold up your # of reps in the video on a piece of paper so we can see how many, and count them out.

8. You must count each rep aloud to qualify.

9. There will be one winner chosen who completes the most amount of consecutive reps. If there is a tie, the two runner-ups will battle it out in their videos and a winner will be chosen.
